I have app**** for home loan they promised to call me it's been a day now but they said I must wait 4 hours for a call. Bad service. Bad service I was not expecting
There's a lady by the pickup point I think it's Anelisa at Builder's Edenvale she's very rude not friendly at all, when you get there there's no smile or morning you greet her she's just gonna ask talk to her colleague acting like you are not there. I don't think big shop like this deserves that face on the front desk. She need to learn that being on the first desk meansyou are the face of the shop. The warehouse or shop will loose lots of customers if they keep people like her. Smile and best attitude it's one thing customer are looking for just smile that's all don't act like you don't wanna see us coming to the shop. She ruined my day. When I think about going n to that shop it feels like going to a unwanted house.... #blackfriday
So disappointed I trusted this company with everything. I have logged in my claim it's been a month they said someone will contact me but I'm still waiting no call or email.
I'm not happy about today service. I had to wait 20 minute to get my order. The order showing on the screen after 15 minutes the order is cleared on the screen I hard to ask them that I have been waiting but there's no one helping. People are coming in and out when I'm waiting. The lady checked she can't see the order I hard to wait for them To do it. I asked if they can cancel cuz I already wasted my time by waiting 90% of my lunch time.
I won't recommend this place to anyone. I have taken my NP200 in which is not starting. No one called to tell me what's happening I hard to call them, they said it's injectors they have taken them for a service now it's been a month no call or updates. I tried calling on Friday and I have sent an email but nothing so far. I'm not sure how they conduct the business if there's not update. This is bad... It's gonna be two months now my car it's in the but still no update.
I'm extremely disappointed. I'm have been trying to call the service side. I can't get anyone to help me. I tried everything other lady answered the phone she said will call you back I waited until now nothing. I have taken the NP200 which is not starting, they told me that we have to get new injectors but they don't say anything about fixing them as the insurance says they must be fixed as it's a diesel car... Now I have to drive there as no one answer the phone.
I have been trying to apply for a company credit card when I contact the them they said wait for the account to reach 6 months now it's over six months when I can they tell me about 12 months. It's very disappointing for such a big bank to keep customers running like this. I'm changing my account to another bank cuz it looks like they don't know anything about customers. You hold the line for 39 minutes just to be told they can't do anything
i was doing a claim this month on my service plan, they called me and said they need to cancel the old one and create a new policy that will cover the km on the clock i agreed as the car was in for a service. after 2 day another once call and say wrong information is recorded under my profile. they recorded that the car is petrol but the car is diesel. i dont understand how can you make this mistake as the are the one financing the car. today again i get another sms which shows that my installment went up by R1800.00 i dont understand how and why. i called them the guy said there are three policies under my profile i asked if they can remove one as this is wrong or duplicate but i have to wait 21 days for their mistake. this month there are coming for more money in my account. the money which will never be refunded. im disappointed in this.....
Don't even think about taking any plan with this people, when it comes to claiming your policy it's a problem. I have been paying for my service and warranty plan but now I need to claim it's a problem I have spent more money and time calling them they tell me about 4 hour I call after 4 hour same story. Now I called them again they said the are waiting for MFC to allocate funds in my plan.i was advised to call MFC when I call them they don't know anything about this. I have spent 2 days calling them with no help. This is just waste of money
