Worst experience ever,

I bought a car in January, they first charged me for smash and grab but it was not installed when I wanted a refund they paid only half. The car was not properly cleaned even though the salesman by the name of Tendani said it was cleaned. I let that slide as it was not a big deal to me.

Then I was not given a spare key, as it was not available and I was promised to get it. 4 month later I went to the dealership they gave me a key and we went to the guy they use for programming, only to find that the dealership bought a wrong key. Mind you I drove from Johannesburg to Louis Trichardt for this. The Dealer Principal Stephen and Rudi treatment to me was as if I am nothing to them. They treat me like ****.

To this day I don't have a spare key, everytime I get told to be patient, PATIENT FOR 5 MONTHS FOR SOMETHING I PAID FOR?

I have bought cars before but never been made to feel this way. Not sure if this has to do with my race. If you are black, don't buy from this dealership they don't care.
