I bought Suzuki swift last year July, end of year contacted Suzuki regarding service for my vehicle they advised this year July for first service, on the 18th of February 2026 phoned and booked for my car took it yesterday the 19th of February 2026,only to be phoned back after 3hrs by a rude lady by the nale of Michelle Van Staden to say it was passed due service of which wrong information was from there side last when I reached out to them,she told me not to shout at her as I did not have the right,when to the store for my vehicle asked for Manager very condensing approach he gave to even say I should rest Michelle and I should have taken name of the consultants when I phoned last year,as he normally does take names whenever he goes ,saying it was my duty to.note that ????? Bear in mind I was not shouting at the lady at the store.....I felt racially treated by Suzuki,in a process of selling my vehicle
