Last week monday 27/05/2020 I serviced my NP200, I paid for a new fog light and the Service advisor Mr Frans explained that they will call me in a day or two to come in for the fitment as they have to order the stock, but at latest I will have it in by Thursday. Yesterday 02/06/2020 When I enquired no one was able to assisst me via my phone call to the service department, I got transferred several times and at the end nothing happend.
Today I went in to find out what is the issue and the service advisor on duty informed me that Frans the person responsible for the calling and service arrangements was not on duty and will return in 2 weeks time. But the person thag assissted me Heleen does not even know about this and can not seem to help me, she took my registration details and said she will call.
This is what I call utter useless client service. Atleast someone can have the curtosy in calling me and telling me that sorry we wasted your time please seek another dealership that won't suck at client leasion.
When my previous service advisor Karien was on duty I never had any issues or problems.
