Previously Nissan Silverton exceeded my expectations and again they did not fail. I took my wife's Nissan Micra for a service on the 14 July 2020. I am very sceptical on any service and will always check if the parts were replaced as suppose to be. It was properly done. The workshop manager draw my attention to the front discs that is under specs. Not a lot of dealers will in the first place check that to my experience. To replace the discs will come at a cost round about R12000, witch is quite expensive. Herman and his team had some alternatives. Thank you again Herman and team. I will always support you.

Last week monday 27/05/2020 I serviced my NP200, I paid for a new fog light and the Service advisor Mr Frans explained that they will call me in a day or two to come in for the fitment as they have to order the stock, but at latest I will have it in by Thursday. Yesterday 02/06/2020 When I enquired no one was able to assisst me via my phone call to the service department, I got transferred several times and at the end nothing happend. Today I went in to find out what is the issue and the service advisor on duty informed me that Frans the person responsible for the calling and service arrangements was not on duty and will return in 2 weeks time. But the person thag assissted me Heleen does not even know about this and can not seem to help me, she took my registration details and said she will call. This is what I call utter useless client service. Atleast someone can have the curtosy in calling me and telling me that sorry we wasted your time please seek another dealership that won't suck at client leasion. When my previous service advisor Karien was on duty I never had any issues or problems.

Ons het oktober 2018 ons datsun go by silverton nissan gekoop. Januarie het hy begin roes. Ons sukkel nou nog dat hulle die kar moet laat reg maak omdat hy nog onder waarborg is. Ons soek dringend hulp want ons weet nie meer wat om te doen nie
