Infiniti Q70 Purchase & Issues Summary Purchase: October 2024, Infiniti Q70 diesel sedan from WeDoCars. Issue: Vehicle had defects (brake assist warning light on, loose chassis). Use: Drove the vehicle for only 3 days before returning it. Attempts to Repair: Vehicle sent to Santon Nissan / Santon Infiniti. Later sent to Hatfield Nissan (previously an Infiniti dealership). Assisted JD ***ner of WeDoCars) to take it to one of his contacts, but they could not fix it. Persistent issues remained unresolved. Complaint to Ombud: Lodged a formal complaint. Ombud unable to reach JD; case closed without resolution. Communication: Emailed JD, expressing that he knows how to avoid accountability in such situations. Financial Impact: Paid instalments and insurance for 3 months (~R20,000) without use of the vehicle.

Previously Nissan Silverton exceeded my expectations and again they did not fail. I took my wife's Nissan Micra for a service on the 14 July 2020. I am very sceptical on any service and will always check if the parts were replaced as suppose to be. It was properly done. The workshop manager draw my attention to the front discs that is under specs. Not a lot of dealers will in the first place check that to my experience. To replace the discs will come at a cost round about R12000, witch is quite expensive. Herman and his team had some alternatives. Thank you again Herman and team. I will always support you.
Went to DKNY Clothing in Kollonade shoping centre , me and my fiancé was looking for a dress and we found a stunning white dress on the 50% of section , so we tried purchasing the dress and when the cashier rang up the dress it wass full price R1150.00 and we made her aware that this dress was on the 50% of section she told us we lied and that the dress was not on sale. Will never go back to DKNY THANX TO THE BAD EXPERIENCE
We as customers are so used to poor service from car dealerships that it is not even worth complaining about. I bought a Nissan X-Trail from a Nissan dealership in Germiston and that was by far just a horrible experience. I decided to take it to Silverton Nissan for some repairs. From the word go it was the best service i ever received from any car dealership ever. I was kept informed of the repairs the whole time. The dealership contacted me afterwards asking me if i am satisfied with the work done. I had a question about the sd card of the infotainment unit in the car but did not really expect an answer. Nissan customer care phoned me and gave me a satisfactory answer. Well done Nissan Silverton !!!!!
