Infiniti Q70 Purchase & Issues Summary Purchase: October 2024, Infiniti Q70 diesel sedan from WeDoCars. Issue: Vehicle had defects (brake assist warning light on, loose chassis). Use: Drove the vehicle for only 3 days before returning it. Attempts to Repair: Vehicle sent to Santon Nissan / Santon Infiniti. Later sent to Hatfield Nissan (previously an Infiniti dealership). Assisted JD ***ner of WeDoCars) to take it to one of his contacts, but they could not fix it. Persistent issues remained unresolved. Complaint to Ombud: Lodged a formal complaint. Ombud unable to reach JD; case closed without resolution. Communication: Emailed JD, expressing that he knows how to avoid accountability in such situations. Financial Impact: Paid instalments and insurance for 3 months (~R20,000) without use of the vehicle.

I bought a car on the 28th of November 2023 . A Mini CooperS Convertible, I was told the car it’s in good condition it just went for servicing they even showed me the service documents. I got to the dealership later on that day I was getting the vehicle/ cash buy . When I got there they refused for me to test drive the vehicle without paying first cause I loved the car and trusted the latest paperwork that was showed to me regarding the car being in a good condition. I drove the car they did not even put in petrol. I drove the car home on my way home I noticed that the car is making squicky funny noises. I immediately called the sales lady Rusita . She agreed that the following day I return the car and they check it out. When I got the I found the boss the owner of the dealership who is more ****** than the mom who refused me test driving the vehicle before paying. The guy drove the car and came back he told me that I need to put pressure of water in the tyres. I drove back with that noise following day I went to the car wash asked the guys to put some pressure to the tyres as I was instructed. To this day this noise still exists. On 4th of December I went home on my way home the car’s window Sheila came off on the freeway. As I was in constant contact with the sales lady I told her what was happening and she said she will escalate the matter, as I was home I realised there were more wrong things than right to this vehicle 1. Fog lights were not working 2. Break lights were not working 3. The car uses oil more than the average vehicle should each week I pour two paints of oil on this vehicle 4. Steering wrack is making funny noises I told Rusita the sales lady about all of this When I went to the dealership with my husband were treated like trash the owner even manhandled my husband. He told me straight to my face that he won’t fix my car “ I can’t maintain your vehicle you can fock off “ This car it’s not even 3 months owning it .. in my understanding a vehicle if it’s less that 3 months from the dealership and you pick up something wrong the vehicle needs to be taken back and the dealership fix it

Good day, This is the fifth month now that the car has been with the workshop and I have not driven it since January yet I purchased it on the 14th of January, So I was only been able to drive the car for only 2 weeks since the day of purchase this car has had mechanical problems And has not been working since the 5th of February. The dealership WEDU cars in Springs (manager JD and sales person Courtney) and planet 42 have never been of any help to me and since the mechanical break down I have been fixing the car at my own expense to the point where I am now in debt from loans to fix a car that I have never gotten to drive since day of purchase whilst still paying a R7600 monthly instalment to Planet 42. The dealership and planet 42 have gas lighted and have never taken any accountability. This car has been nothing but a nightmare to me and it has caused me a lot of stress and depression. These are screenshots of the mechanical problems this car has had since the day it left the dealership so they knew very well that they were selling me a car that has these mechanical issues, I have now been fixing the car at my own cost which has totaled up to R30000.
