STOP WORKING WITH AGENTS THAT ARE NOT TRANIEND WORSE DONT EVEN HAVE FCC. HOW DO YOU LET SUCH HAPPEND .
I bought a car on the 28th of November 2023 . A Mini CooperS Convertible, I was told the car it’s in good condition it just went for servicing they even showed me the service documents. I got to the dealership later on that day I was getting the vehicle/ cash buy . When I got there they refused for me to test drive the vehicle without paying first cause I loved the car and trusted the latest paperwork that was showed to me regarding the car being in a good condition. I drove the car they did not even put in petrol. I drove the car home on my way home I noticed that the car is making squicky funny noises. I immediately called the sales lady Rusita . She agreed that the following day I return the car and they check it out. When I got the I found the boss the owner of the dealership who is more ****** than the mom who refused me test driving the vehicle before paying. The guy drove the car and came back he told me that I need to put pressure of water in the tyres. I drove back with that noise following day I went to the car wash asked the guys to put some pressure to the tyres as I was instructed. To this day this noise still exists. On 4th of December I went home on my way home the car’s window Sheila came off on the freeway. As I was in constant contact with the sales lady I told her what was happening and she said she will escalate the matter, as I was home I realised there were more wrong things than right to this vehicle 1. Fog lights were not working 2. Break lights were not working 3. The car uses oil more than the average vehicle should each week I pour two paints of oil on this vehicle 4. Steering wrack is making funny noises I told Rusita the sales lady about all of this When I went to the dealership with my husband were treated like trash the owner even manhandled my husband. He told me straight to my face that he won’t fix my car “ I can’t maintain your vehicle you can fock off “ This car it’s not even 3 months owning it .. in my understanding a vehicle if it’s less that 3 months from the dealership and you pick up something wrong the vehicle needs to be taken back and the dealership fix it
Mafadi properties is the worst place that one can ever stay at, security guards drink while they at work while things are stolen… at Palm Springs they don’t even have the emergency number when you want to report an incident if you want a peace of mind never come stay at Palm Springs mafadi properties it’s expensive for nothing
On the 5th of September I booked a return ticket from Johannesburg OR Tambo international airport to East London. I checked in early everything was okay however when I arrived at my destination I realised something. 1. My bag was tempered with 2. I got home to east London I realised my cellphone was stolen & my Jordan sneakers On the 6th I reported the matter on twitter , was told to send an email and sworn affidavit from the police station. I sent the email as per their request, however the airline said they can’t refund my cellphone but will refund my pair of sneakers. Was asked to send the value of my sneakers and they will refund them and send then money into my account. I did that weeks past by without hearing from the airline however I decided to Google their number and gave them a call.. At first I was sent from pillar to post by the consultants who not only don’t know how to do their job but have full attitude especially the female ones , I stood my ground wasn’t going to allow that to happened at the end of the day I’m the one who who’s at a loss not them. Yesterday I had again to go on twitter and do a follow up!! 1. Mind you no one is saying anything regarding my case . After yesterday doing my follow up later at the evening I got an email from the airline saying that they can’t help/ decline my claim provided that I don’t have a receipt. I asked them who keeps receipts for a pair of shoes mind you the box?! The frustration here is how this case was treated, I strongly believe if I was a person of a different skin colour the airline would have handled this differently for example calling and updating me with regards . another thing they probably saw the value of my sneakers and thought to themselves that black person can’t afford such !!! Because why agree to refund my sneakers at the first place?? I get the fact that they can’t pay my phone but before agreeing to paying them why didn’t they say they only pay sneakers of a certain value?? However I feel if they wanted to help they would ask how long have I had the sneakers and is it possible to retrieve my bank statements since I no longer have the receipt.l, they just show no interest whatsoever! Again I’m questioning my self does this mean this airline employees thieves who go though peoples bags and they don’t want to take responsibility? Their services is simply pathetic! & disgusting!! I’m guessing when using this airline one has to just not take any bags with because clearly it’s not safe !
