The worst customer service ever, I had a loan with them of which I paid in full....I tried to apply for another loan, and I was informed that they will need to verify my physical address, and they need to also verify my employment of which is the normal process for a loan, when I accessed my credit profile I found that they have been credit scoring me even before I app**** for the 2nd loan and doing that without my consent and that decreased my credit scoring, a company that doesn't comply with the POPI act....WORST LOAN PROVIDERS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!a no-go area, I did an application with them and had to wait for 6 weeks to get the response, I'm the one who needs to keep following up and sometimes i did not get any answers from their agent 'Ndlovu" instead he took my details and gave them to another company before i was even told that i was declined, BE CAREFUL OF THESE ONES,THEY DO NOT RESPECT CUSTOMERS PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAD BAD BAD customer experience, I have a price lock with multi choice of which I made a payment of R619 on the 30th of last month, 6 days later my services are suspended, no one can explain why....isn't this arrangement a pay to watch? Paying R619 to watch for 6 days?
Pathetic service from Vumatel, I app**** for Vuma Reach Fibre Line, i was sent a link to make a payment immediately of which I did i received two calls from Vuma agents informing me that the installers will be coming last Saturday to install and to date I have received any call and my fibre is still not installed, I would like to cancel and go with Mweb but now i cannot because they don't want to cancel my application, I even went as far as saying i can forfeit the R399 that i paid to them so that Mweb can connect me ASAP and nothing has happened until now. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service, i have a Vuma reach fibre with Mweb-Vuma, my line had been suspended at the beginning of January, I have paid for it on the 23rd of December and i was informed that since I have a router and installation all they need to do is just to activate the line and that was supposed to have been done in 24 hours, to date my line is still not active, i have been buying data everyday while i have paid them in full, i have been buying airtime everyday to call them and all their agents just don't want to pronounce their names at the beginning of the call, I guess they running away as they all know they working for SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!i wish for Vuma to take their contract somewhere else as these SCAMMERS are failing them and tarnishing their name, I do not wish to continue with such bad service in this bad economic times, paid for a service that i have not received after two weeks.
I am currently under debt review with a company named (Debt Sage) I was moving from a certain debt review company to Debt Sage due to debit order issues,I then explained to the agent that assisted me the reason I was moving to them but to my surprise the agent still captured an incorrect debit date so the 1st debit order did not go through as I was not expecting the debit order to go through the same month as it was a few days before month end. The 2nd debit order also did not go through since the debit dates were not captured correctly, i then received a court order from the bank on the 23rd of April for my vehicle finance account however the court order was referred to the cancelled debt review, I then called the agent that assisted me to please explain why was I getting the court order whereas they have taken over my debt review, the only answer that i received from the agent was that i received that court order because I skipped my 1st and 2nd debit orders, i then explained to her that i will go and deposit something to show interest, i then deposited R2000 to their account. In July they debited me with R6000 of which was the agreed amount though it was debited way after the agreed pay date, on the 05th August 2021 the sheriff came to my house and repossessed my vehicle but before he took the vehicle i asked the sheriff to please speak to one of their managers at the debt review company, she then told the sheriff to repossess the vehicle. I would like to know why didn't they attend to the court order and acted on time to negotiate with the bank on the payment arrangement?Why did the bank repossess my vehicle with a court order that still states my previous debt review instead of the current one. I would like to have my vehicle back and have my payments back since they did not honor the agreement.
