Blueberry Beacon Roodepoort Hell hole
Terrible manager,wasn't interested in the complaint. Children's restaurant, but it sounded more like a night club. Blaring music, dirty tables, flies everywhere,dirty windows. Had to wait two hours to get food that I did not order. Manager said he could do nothing about all of the above. The manager hid in the kitchen and he never even apologised for the terrible service or dirty restaurant.Most pathetic manager I have ever encountered. They will never see me again. Papachinos is 1000 times better

Rotten food and Bad treatment
I am not happy with the treatment I got from Ayo...... We had to also wait one hour to pay they kept on running around although they were not full we can even send a picture. I came to celebrate my son's birthday but we ended up having a very bad day. The food we were served wasn't only bad but rotten more especially wings and full chicken.

harassed by a waitress who claimed to be a manager and i am so disappoint with the service there
went there for my daughters birthday on the 8th of march and spent alot of money there because i had 10 kids with me and 8 adults and we bought food and drinks and was harassed by a waitress who claimed to be a manager when we had asked her about the place we had booked for the day to have my daughters party and she was so rude to us i am so disappointed with this service and i havent been there since

Address issues
I had booked for my daughter's 7th bday. The kids made their pizzas but all cam burnt and wen I complained I was told I will be helped fine no one helped and I paid. Yesterday we thot things are better now. My babies ordered burgers 🍔 wow let's jist say the buns tasted old. The beef and chicken tasted off my kids couldn't even eat the meal. I msged someone again and still no one got back to me. Parents go to this restaurant cause of thir kids but for the managers not give 2 cents wen it comes to clients is really bad. Even the chips looked like they were fried 3 times soaked in oil. Again what a waste of my money and the winter tried his best but hai hai..even witnessed the guy who does the pizza drop chicken then picked up and put it on the pizza.

What a disappointment ....Beacon Blueberry
This has to be the worst restaurant in the randparkridge / honey dew area. Its doors would be shut by now if it wasnt for parents willing to pay above average prices for substandad food. Ate there on Friday 10 Nov 23, after a year of absence to give the place a second chance. Food used to be average, now it's simply **********. When the matter is raised, no one bothers to come and find out the reasons. Never thought I would say this, Spur outshines this place by a long shot..
