Sick and tired of going to Clicks Carletonville. You pay at the till and walk 10 steps with no products on shelves to ***** as you walk to the door. Then you have to stand there like a ******** while the security checks you purchase to match your slip. This can take a very long while as sometimes I have more than 30 products in my bag Why must my purchases be checked . I cannot ***** anything in the 10 steps I walk from the till point to the door. Why must I be treated like a ******** when I am spending my money in the store. If you have *********** or dishonest staff , then get new ones, I should not be made to feel like a ***** because of it .I will never put my foot in this store again and have my time wasted and be treated like I stole something. I will rather pay more and buy somewhere else where my bags are not searched and my time not wasted. To make matters worse , I am a regular customer visiting the story at least 3 times a week.
Terrible manager,wasn't interested in the complaint. Children's restaurant, but it sounded more like a night club. Blaring music, dirty tables, flies everywhere,dirty windows. Had to wait two hours to get food that I did not order. Manager said he could do nothing about all of the above. The manager hid in the kitchen and he never even apologised for the terrible service or dirty restaurant.Most pathetic manager I have ever encountered. They will never see me again. Papachinos is 1000 times better
Absa sent a service provider to unblock my drain and I was de*****ed out of R7000.and sworn at worse than a dog. Absa did nothing about it. My story does not matter and their logo is everyone's story matters
Took my money and still waiting for my product. Excuse after excuse.. Don't pay them anything because then the process stops because they have your money
They take your money. Then the excuses start on why you cannot complete the registration. No phone to call, so no one answers you. Extremely frustrating. You only have 3 days to complete your registration, but guess what nobody gets back to you so you cannot complete it in 3 days so seems my money is lost
AFTER READING THAT RYOBI HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU BUY THERE PRODUCT , JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO GET BACK TO YOU. ZERO RESPONSE FROM RYOBI.
STOOD AT THE FRONT OF THE QUEUE FOR 10 MINUTES. LEFT R5000 WORTH OF PURCHASES ON THE COUNTER BECAUSE STAFF AND MANAGER ARE USELESS. WALKED OUT . WONT BE BACK. NOBODY BOTHERED TO HELP . THE ONES THAT WERE ON THE TILL WERE IN SLOW MODE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME
