Service was poor and no professionalism
We waited 30minutes to order the cashier Thandokazi was busy up and down no communication no apology at all , then 30minutes later she took our order then we waited another hour for our order I asked the manager why they are not assisting with the order she just looked at me and said nothing I even told her that we coming from work we did not eat whole day. While we were waiting for our order I heard the teller saying to her colleague they only prioritize people that have money that's when we started complaining ,they finally gave our order infact she just put the order on the table and left the station and still no apology .

Poor service
Hello I have order by phone on 19h20 and I to the store at 19h45 I had to wait for an hour to get my order. Why did they not tell on the phone that it will take 2 hours. I did ask then but did get no answer hence I am writing hear.
