Iwyze is taking care of their customers when they are I need, one can just request a call me back, when it come to claims their honor theirs promise on time. The consultants are very friendly also available to assist.
Telkom has a bad service starting from billing into the network it's self and when I call no one what's to take the blame. They are billing me incorrectly and I ended up cancelling my other contract with them. They are debit incorrectly into my account just this monthend of June now my line is suspended I have to suffer now due to their faults. Customer care is saying it is the billing department. Telkom forgets that there are many network providers who offer a better service. We are buying a good service than a brand.
I'm an not happy with netstar the way that they are Billing me the are overc hanging me and causing unecessary bank charges the product that I took was netstar plus which is R169 now they went to debit R2237 I complained to them last month hoping they would rectify the error but still again doing same mistake. The amount that expected them to debit is R212 now I have to reverse the money. This is daylight *******.

Bad service at Makro I order online some items at Makro on 02/09/2023 order MAK5105717 not fully dispatched. I have been calling them all they say the will follow up with the courier and when writing emails they do not answer they do not answer. I would advise people not not Shop online with them they do not deliver. I do not have a relationship with the company that they are using and it is not my duty as the customer to enquire about which courier company that they have an agreement with . Makro is failing.
I am **** off with netstar their app is useless and I did report to them many times it does not update it not accurate, what's the point off have it. I am not netstar plus. It is useless I wonder are they really assist when the vehicle I lost/******
I have purchased cloths at StylePhaseSA online steted the delivery address but they keep on sending my parcel into incorrect addresses manytimes. They service is bad I would not advise any person to purchase to them. I have been sending they emails and they do not respond.
Hello I have order by phone on 19h20 and I to the store at 19h45 I had to wait for an hour to get my order. Why did they not tell on the phone that it will take 2 hours. I did ask then but did get no answer hence I am writing hear.
I took a mechanical warranty insurance with bidvest on 2019. This year on 2021 March i phoned them to cancel their policy because i took a cheaper one with other company. They never canceled my policy they are debiting into my account every month. They wrote an sms last month on June requested June premium i replied to that message and told them to cancel the policy. I was using my other bank for them to debit premium and my debit date was 25th now when I do not provide the with money on that date they debit when ever there is money into my account. I am very agree with bidvest on May i called the wanting them to refund my premium and I was told that they will go and check the recording of my phone call and they never came back .They continue debiting and what is worse i do not owe them anything i never claimed from them instead they are the ones who are robbing me of my money.
