I am so disappointed I bought hair on the 8th of March today is the 29 of April and I have not received my parcel and there is no communication from them

I am so disappointed I bought hair on the 8th of March today is the 29 of April and I have not received my parcel and there is no communication from them. I recently tried contacting them on WhatsApp they blocked me since the 10th of April. I am leaving the country on the 4th meaning I will have lost my R2100 on them. They do not respond to my emails anymore, no other contact details besides the WhatsApp number they blocked me on.
