Pathetic service @Beauty Galore

Beauty Galores service is very poor, delivery took time to arrive. I sent them a text on WhatsApp asking about my delivery, the people were rude and blocked me on the app.

It’s like they don’t have enough staff because the business it’s always closed, I asked for a cancellation they said the person who does that it’s on leave so they can’t assist.

The website shows free shipping, my parcel was just dropped at the courier guy offices, where they called me to come and collect my parcel. I had to uber collect the parcel to my place.

The hair got here today and it’s not what I ordered! The packaging it’s also a joke, serious hair businesses have nice packaging and a thank you note. The hair just came in a dirty transparency plastic.
