Kreme Beauty Lounge
Went to Kreme Beauty Lounge in Fairland Walk Shopping centre with my daughter to do her nails for the first time. What a horrible first time experience we had, we were ignored until we decided to leave. This used to be best nail bar with friendly staff, to such a terrible place. Staff ignores you and not even bother to explain what’s the hold up.I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone especially during busy times because it’s a ‘walk-in’, with no appointments.

Kreme Beauty Lounge
Went to Kreme Beauty Lounge in Fairland Walk Shopping centre with my daughter to do her nails for the first time. absolutely poor service. Definitely no efficient customer service and would never associate with them ever again. Made a purchase for an item and till this day I have not received it and they are not replying to any of my messages and will not give me a refund. Definitely be aware before making a purchase from them. Just wish I could receive my refund and forgot it. They absolutely have amazing products and I was so excited about receiving my item and looking forward to buying many more items for them but after this I highly doubt I would.

Unprofessional attitude, unethical conduct
I bought a groupon voucher in October14 for a massage at Beauty Lounge. I called several times to try secure an appointment. I was informed they are fully booked till Jan15. I then gave the voucher to my mom as a gift (it was due to expire on the 13th of Jan15). She started calling immediately to secure an apptm and i did the same on my end-from the 5th of Jan15, without any luck. I later learnt that they would be opening on the 9th of Jan. I managed to reach someone (after endless calls & voice-messages),who informed me that they were fully booked. I explained my dilemna & was then given the earliest available date,tentatively. I immediately contacted my mom to confirm suitability of this date for her. When I called Beauty lounge back to confirm, I got through to the same voicemail through which I had left endless messages that were never returned. by the time I got lucky in reaching someone- the voucher had expired. When I explained the situation to the manager, I received the most unprofessional & rudest tone ever. She simply told me it was not her problem & that I should liaise with groupon( although she'd taken payment) & denied ever getting any of our messages/calls. Liar

Pathetic Service
I have received a groupon voucher as a gift for a wash cut and set and a full head of highlight, i called today to make an appointment for Saturday :their policy is 48 hours in advance). they say they are fully booked till 21/03/2015. the voucher expires 11/03/2015. why would they sell these vouchers if the cant accomodate the booking!!!! I am even prepared to make the booking for after the 21st and I am told blankly \NO"and that I must just get a refund. THIS WAS BOUGH AS A GIFT! this is pathetic disgusting service that i have never experience in all my life and this will be on Facebook"
