Pathetic Service

I have received a groupon voucher as a gift for a wash cut and set and a full head of highlight, i called today to make an appointment for Saturday :their policy is 48 hours in advance). they say they are fully booked till 21/03/2015. the voucher expires 11/03/2015. why would they sell these vouchers if the cant accomodate the booking!!!! I am even prepared to make the booking for after the 21st and I am told blankly \NO"and that I must just get a refund. THIS WAS BOUGH AS A GIFT! this is pathetic disgusting service that i have never experience in all my life and this will be on Facebook"
