Dealing with you guys can be such a pain
I placed an order on Sunday, I received no feedback about dispatching till Tuesday when I called. Today is Thursday; I called, sent an email, and a DM on twitter to ask to change my address and I received no response. This is literally my last resort

18 Sept 2025, 08:10Hi Zimkita. We believe this has been sorted out. Please note we generally do not allow address changes as it is very difficult given the volume of orders and couriers also do not allow them so it becomes difficult to do.
