It's always liberty, always
I changed phones and asked Liberty stash to unlock my account and provide me with a working OTP, I have received no assistance. Now I'm locked out of my account and I can't withdraw.

Dealing with you guys can be such a pain
I placed an order on Sunday, I received no feedback about dispatching till Tuesday when I called. Today is Thursday; I called, sent an email, and a DM on twitter to ask to change my address and I received no response. This is literally my last resort

This is exactly why people don't trust liberty
I have been waiting for payment since March, this withdrawal was submitted in March, instead I got a SMS asking how I'd like the payment to be made when all the details were on the form submitted by my broker. It's May now and the case was escalated on the 16th of May, TODAY, the 22nd, it's still escalated. I called myself today and spoke to Lesego who put me hold for over 5 minutes. I need my money
