I am writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service I had received from this shop from BEavers Canoe in Germiston today. i made a lay bay for my younger brother in kzn, so today I phoned him and show him the picture to confirm thn he didn’t like the shoe thn I didn’t have a choice I had to cancel the lay bay and buy him another shoe. But the cashier his nami is Prince and the store manager they wanted my ID while from day one I made the lay bay didn’t tell me that whenever I want to cancel or exchange I must bring my ID, and I want to go home today but I can’t now because of your fault guys and the worse part it’s not written on the slip that I should bring my ID evn the cashier didn’t tell that, so it’s now my fault and I have to waste another money to go back home and come to your shop and still face the same horrible cashier (prince).
