Beaver Canoe rustenburg manager is being reported so many times but the company is not doing anything about it, he sweared at me even wantes to fight me...im never entering that shop again

I am disappointed January i bought the bag a day before the school reopen.on the 9 the child came home crying said to me the bag is damaged.a new bag damage the old one still in good condition.the zip damage n the belt torned.when i went to the shop the sales man told me the bag can be exchanged they need prove and i used my card to pay for the bag. He said it doesnt matter without tje slip they cant help me even though the purchased is showing on my bank statement.now m sitting with a bag that they promised me that is a good quality bag.but the belt is torn, zips out I don't want money i just to be exchanged .now my child is using a plastic bag to carry her school to books.its not even a month the bag its damaged.a bag from total sports still good n its three years

I had purchased a pair of shoes from the store in Newcastle kzn,on 23rd September 23,middle of October 23 I slipped and fell,when I looked under the shoes the so called sole or rubber for under the shoe was gone and there is a hard plastic under the shoe.i went to the store today 10 never 23 to complain about the shoe.the useless asshole at the shop tells me there is nothing they can do because it does show signs of tearing and so on.i just want to let everyone know that if you buy from them you will be throwing your hard earned money down the drain.their clothing and their shoes are ****,their jeans after 1 wash looked like it was 3 years old,the color just came off.dont ever ever buy from these ****** because you will get **** for your money.i personally won't be buying anything from them but I will be taking legal action as I will not be ****** for my hard earned money

I had to most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Beaver Canoe Greenacres I lay-by a jacket for R299 and paid it with 2 months , Tuesday when I got the jacket the pockets was broken , it literally came out I was still in the store when I saw this & the manager told me there is nothing she can do " it's a factory fault" *rolling her eyes*

I am writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service I had received from this shop from BEavers Canoe in Germiston today. i made a lay bay for my younger brother in kzn, so today I phoned him and show him the picture to confirm thn he didn’t like the shoe thn I didn’t have a choice I had to cancel the lay bay and buy him another shoe. But the cashier his nami is Prince and the store manager they wanted my ID while from day one I made the lay bay didn’t tell me that whenever I want to cancel or exchange I must bring my ID, and I want to go home today but I can’t now because of your fault guys and the worse part it’s not written on the slip that I should bring my ID evn the cashier didn’t tell that, so it’s now my fault and I have to waste another money to go back home and come to your shop and still face the same horrible cashier (prince).

The manager at Bara Mall doesn't wear a mask. As clients we not comfortable to shop in the store anymore. Went there 3 times and she always not wearing mask. Reported him to the security and centre management. They went to her and tell her to follow regulations but still she doesn't. Covid is real and we must proctect each other. Beaver canoe Baramall manager doesn't wear a mask at all times.
