Upon arrival at the store there was no bread put out thats advertised for R5 and when asking ghe bakkery attendees they say the bread is not ready
Upon arrival at the store there was no bread put out thats advertised for R5 and when asking ghe bakkery attendees they say the bread is not ready. The shop was full and there was no cashiers at the express tills. The supervisors have no sense of urgency and it was peak all lines to the till points were full.

The KFC in Ikageng Potchefstroom has a very bad service the employees do not acknowledge the customers when entering and you would have to wait on the line while there is no till attendant
The KFC in Ikageng Potchefstroom has a very bad service the employees do not acknowledge the customers when entering and you would have to wait on the line while there is no till attendant. It's been over a month where their soft serve ice cream machine not working. I dont think the area manager is aware let alone the store owner as nothing is been done to adress the issue. The number for the store manager or the area manager is not displayed as they normally would for any complaint or suggestion

Terrible service
The Boxer Store In Rustenburg Next to the taxi & bus rank is pathetic. There’s no sense of urgency as during peak times in the morning you’ll find 2 tills open and a long queue. At the hot food kiosk the assistants will tell you that their tills open at 8:00 but the store opens at 06:00. ????????♂️

Terrible customer service
This bank has the most pathetic service ever. An amount was credited in to my account on the 8 of May , I queried with them and promised to investigate and get back to me and still haven’t heard anything it’s been over 6 weeks and no is doing anything about this.

Excuse
My family and I went to the drive thru to order some Mc flurries after placing the order when getting to the next stop we are then told to wait for 5 minutes and then we’re told that the ice cream machine is not working. When asking how long has the machine been in this condition , no can give an answer. When your inside , there’s like 1 till working when the outlet is packed with customers. Seems like the employees don’t have a sense of urgency in their ethics. This is all Mc Donald’s Rustenburg that’s in the CBD area .

Bad service
<p>We rocked up the drive thru on Friday 30 of September at abot 22:10 when we ordered the attendant told us there was no chicken and we had to drive all the way to downtown </p>
