I ordered goods from the Woolies App on the 3rd Of June which were supposed to be delivered on the 7th of June. To my surprise I did not receive the goods and I called Woolies online to find out why ans I was told I put in an incorrect cellphone number. I then asked for my numbers to be changed. It is now the 14th of June and my Goods still have not arrived. When I call Woolworths for online purchase no one seems to care especially the lady called Nathi or Unathi. Woolworths tell me what am I supposed to get my order?
McDonald’s Honeydew - ripping customers off. We bought McFlurry Ore and were given McFlurry in a juice cup. The McFlurry was quaterway in the cup, you cudnt even taste the Oreo in the McFlurry. I am upset because I did not get value for my money
I am sad to report this matter, I went to Mr Price in Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg, and the cashier at the pay point was very rude. I tried giving her my receipt for an exchange and she asked me to keep it I told her she is going to use the receipt to process my exchange why does she give it back to me to? she was so adamant and rude about the fact that I keep the receipt on me and was rude and ready to argue. I ended up not even being able to exchange the item as I was told at the end of her capturing my order that the system is offline. This is the first time I had experienced such a rude cashier at Mr Price.
Manager at Beaver Canoe Rustenburg bullies customers and even threatens not to exchange goods. He has a bad temper
Unit 26 Redwood Complex I paid a deposit of R5250 when i took up a lease with Mafadi for the mentioned unit, then a deposit top up of R262.5. when the initial period of my lease passed I gave Mafadi a 1 month notice to vacate their premises. The unit i stayed in was kept in a and left in good condition, however Steven-Mafadi Building Caretaker informed me that the walls would have to be painted where the couches leaned against Mafadi has now only refunded me R2816.44 of my deposit I need to know why r2696.06 was deducted deducted from my deposit. My deposit was also supposed to have been put in an interest bearing account. Mafadi please fix this issue
I handed in my notice to Vacate to Mafadi to Vacate on the 1st of January 2018, I was then told I needed to Vacate the premises by 12pm on the first or chose any day to Vacate in December 2017. I vacated my unit on the 23rd December 2017, but till today I still have not received my deposit refund. When I spoke to the person responsible by the name of Dineo, he promised that my deposit will be refunded on Friday 19th January 2018. it is now the 22nd January and my deposit still has not been refunded. Mafadi Property Management, I was a good tenant and always paid my rent on time, what will it take to get back what is mine. Please pay back my deposit refund. When I call Dineos cellphone it does not get answered
<p>i registered for absa rewards somewhere in 2016, ever since i registered I have not seen the account appearing with my other accounts on my internet baking </p> <p> </p> <p>I called through to ask what is going on with my rewards, the first time i called I was told the systems were down/offline and hence forth they could not access my account</p> <p> </p> <p>The second time i called the consultant could access my account and advised me that the rewards account was not registered properly and hence forth i do not have a client code and my rewads acoount was not linked to my main account and that my funds from the time i first registered would be allocated to my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>She advised me that I would get a call with a resolution in 2 weeks time, no call received, after 4 weeks I called absa again to figure out what is happening and I was told the matter was still not resolved and that an escalation would be sent and i'd get a call to let me know what the resolve is. No call was received. after 2 days i call again, the consultant I spoke toonow tells me that there is no proof that I logged a call a month ago and that they cant find my case on their system</p> <p> </p> <p>Absa I am a loyal customer to you, please can you tell me what will it take/ how long will it take to get a resolution on my case?</p>
