I am so disappointed with UIF Service.i app**** online and I was busy with the follow up about the claim.i spoke to different consultants and the last one I spoke to told me that the money was paid on the second of December,but still nothing said I must call again this week to check if the matter is been sorted out.now when I call the consultant told me that the UIF online it's not longer working.i need to go to the office and I will get my payment next year January 😡😡😡I lost my id and the date they gave me it's 2 january.now how will I do my application without my id because online it was easy and people at uif in pretoria they are so rude they dnt know how to talk to us.so now I can't buy school uniform and stationery.ita not my fault that their system it's not working .why didn't they send us message to tell us for continuation we need to go to the office.uif it's really failing us .their consultants are not honest they are busy lying to us about payment knowing so well that their online system it's not working
Last week I sended webtickets email for refund because I was not gonna be able to attend Malasa's event due to personal reasons..I wanted refund of 400. Good day, they have send this email even today m still waiting .the event has passed no refund.i am so angry I want my money and I hv send email they are ignoring me.i bought tickets from pnp Thank you for your enquiry. I am disappointed January i bought the bag a day before the school reopen.on the 9 the child came home crying said to me the bag is damaged.a new bag damage the old one still in good condition.the zip damage n the belt torned.when i went to the shop the sales man told me the bag can be exchanged they need prove and i used my card to pay for the bag. He said it doesnt matter without tje slip they cant help me even though the purchased is showing on my bank statement.now m sitting with a bag that they promised me that is a good quality bag.but the belt is torn, zips out I don't want money i just to be exchanged .now my child is using a plastic bag to carry her school to books.its not even a month the bag its damaged.a bag from total sports still good n its three years

Am so disappointed Wimpy Sammy Marks bad service. First the waiter look so bored she was dragging her feet to help us. The food was a disaster chips needed milk and butter to make mash potatoes even the milkshake look like someone was playing wth the cream. What they advertised on TV its different from the restaurant. I even complain to the waiter but she didn't tell the manager about it.

Yesterday I called Akhona because they are ignoring me.the guy is busy blaming the driver.i asked for refund and he told me thy won't refund me they will only fix it.i dnt want the kitchen unit anymore.thy are refusing to give me back my money m no longer interested.now that I called he told me thy will take it and fix it.another damage kitchen unit.how do I get my money back m no longer want anything to do with them.m not happy within a week two drawers broken.
I am disappointed last week Monday I bought kitchen unit and I got it on Wednesday. Same day the second drawer the board inside got broken .on the 15 I send the whatsupp and they ignored me. I took pictures of all the mistakes I saw on the kitchen unit the doors dnt close nicely,first drawer n cupboard got big spaces on top .the cutting of the cupboard it's not the same.18 I send all the mistakes of the kitchen unit .Monday I went to them and complain they told me they will send someone to come. Today when I send them whatsupp.the person m chatting to said I must talk to the driver .and I asked if the driver is the one who is making cupboardS??I dnt want them anymore I want my money back and the money I paid for delivery I am not happy .I paid alot for products that got no guarantee.and the vanishing on the doors not good.
Good afternoon Today I just bought 3pk BS tights from Woolworths now at 15:57 and I called at 16:25 to exchange because I bought wrong colour.and thy told me thy can't exchange them because we damage the box 159 it's a lot of money .what am I going to do with them it's for my daughter at school it's cold now. If she was wearing them n tomorrow I called it will make sense but she didn't wear them .I called after few minutes for exchange. If I was a white person thy were gonna exchange it but m black that is why m getting such response
On the 17 of February I paid the store twice and I sended then emailed they ignored them. So I went to Mamelodi store for refund thy told me to send them all the information so thy can refund me back my money. It's been weeks now I HV not get any feedback from the customer service that I emailed my documents. My card is blocked but I HV not get my money. The service is poor am not happy how you treat your customers.i paid off the balance n now when I have to get my money you ignoring me.i have send bank statement still dololo. When we own 250 you call us ten times a day but now you owing u dnt call.i want my money as I dnt own u anymore.
