On Monday I accidentally forgot my car key on the bolt driver car. Been contacting customer support they don't respond and I phoned driver several times he is not picking the calls. Very bad customer service no one is helping till today I don't it takes how many months to get help and I need a car to travel to work. Support team they don't work they just share a case number they forget everything. Very bad support team
My account is on hold unable to perform anything. Even my social grant. I respect their procedure with large sum verification. My kids need to have food I need to survive. I use only FNB for any funds I'm getting. But now they even hold my grant. It been 4 days now contacting income verification team which I don't even think they exist. I'm stucked and stranded. Banked with FNB for many years it my first time having a problem with this useless income verification team from FNB. They got all information they need but still it's 4 days now no one seems to attend my matter. Contacted customer care no response. Complains department no response. I'm helpless.

With the families that lost their house due to ***** they arranged meeting and most families are back home due to the help of Jozi Fm. What most I like about Jozi Fm is that if I travel I can also listen via DSTV. They play nice music that cater for every ages. Big up Jozi Fm by making huge difference and providing good service.

Will recommend their stores. The query that I had was resolve within 2 working days. Which also shows good customer service and that if you have any problems they are will to resolve it. The feed back I had was very professional. I will recommend the business to everyone.
Went to Mr price home at Northgate to buy airtime. I got Gladys at the till she mentioned that I'm not allowed to buy only airtime I must atleast take face cloth or duvet maybe something else. What kind of law is that I only need airtime not something else. Their customer service is very bad. Northgate Mr price home.
Applied for the phone online they called me as if they helping and asked my bank account and request that I must make debit order mandate and accept on my bank app. After I never got phone and they phone and insist that I must pay by force the money that time I never got anything then what I'm paying for I don't know. Their even promise that they will debit twice if they don't find funds in my account please help
I like to thank clientele for escalating the problem we had last. The query was well solve and withing a week. We had problem with the lawyer Nherera attorneys Inc that was not cooperating. He was setting appointments and never pitch. Now we have challenge with this attorneys he is sending threat massage that we must remove the post from hello Peter Futher to do so he will arrange criminal charges against us because we ruined his company reputation. Hello Peter is designated to help clients and report bad service. Posting the service feed back we got we dint know it a crime. Please assist.
The manager at Bara Mall doesn't wear a mask. As clients we not comfortable to shop in the store anymore. Went there 3 times and she always not wearing mask. Reported him to the security and centre management. They went to her and tell her to follow regulations but still she doesn't. Covid is real and we must proctect each other. Beaver canoe Baramall manager doesn't wear a mask at all times.
Have a legal policy with clientele and when I wanted assistance they said my cover does not not cover a lawyer they will arrange lawyer for me which I will pay separately. That was a scam as well because when I was taking the cover they said it covers everything. The lawyer they arranged for me is a criminal himself. He promised to help and suggested that I may pay him money upfront R17 000. This lawyer was recommended by clientele. The lawyer is Nherera attorneys incl and contacts details are 0734214445. Yesterday he said we must meet and arranged me to meet him in scary place at jhb cbd I went there but I was scared unfortunately he never pitched. How can clientele recommend such people? Been there client for three years and they recommend this guy who use and scam people. Clientele help
