I am writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service I had received from this shop from BEavers Canoe in Germiston today. i made a lay bay for my younger brother in kzn, so today I phoned him and show him the picture to confirm thn he didn’t like the shoe thn I didn’t have a choice I had to cancel the lay bay and buy him another shoe. But the cashier his nami is Prince and the store manager they wanted my ID while from day one I made the lay bay didn’t tell me that whenever I want to cancel or exchange I must bring my ID, and I want to go home today but I can’t now because of your fault guys and the worse part it’s not written on the slip that I should bring my ID evn the cashier didn’t tell that, so it’s now my fault and I have to waste another money to go back home and come to your shop and still face the same horrible cashier (prince).
Good Morning this is Simphiwe guys I’m so ****ed off right about one of your branch at Germiston all your staff is rude as hell they treat us like **** they don’t know how to talk with people, yesterday we waited for 4 hours in the line thn they told us to go back, and while we were waiting in the line no one attended us and updating us. Yesterday we spoke with the lady was sitting at reception and booked us for the next morning they said we must come at 8:00am and we did come but when we get there another lady was wearing white t-shirt and black pant said she doesn’t know anything about our our appointment and she sent us back and she was rude, y’all guys need to teach your staff on how to treat or talk with other people right. I hate how legal aid staff treats people.
I am writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service I had received from this shop from PT SECURITY yesterday 28 June at the door and I wanted to see his name thn he removed his name tag, he didn’t let me in because I was eating and I finished eating what I was eating thn I asked him to sanitize me he said he won’t because I didn’t want to give both hands and I asked him how because I’m gonna rub my hands after eating. he said he wants me to do the way he wants, I must give him both hands while he was sanitizing other people one hand????. He didn’t let me in and I was with my sister I was supposed to pay for some stuff but That didn’t happen because i was stopped at the door by a horrible guy. He even said (FUSEGI) to me, this how you guys treats all costumes? That guy doesn’t deserve that position if Cambridge doesn’t take actions against this guys, you guys gonna lose more customers and I believe I’m not the first customer to come across with this situation maybe some of they might not know how to report such horrible service. GOOD DAY THIS IS SIMPHIWE MTSHALI IM AN EX WORKER FOR ACKERMANS I RESIGNED ON THE 3RD OF MARCH THIS YEAR AND I ASLO WORKED ON MY NOTICE, AND WE SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS WITH THE STORE MANAGER SAME DAY AND WE DID SENT THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN ON THE 24/25 MAY. SINCE TODAY I’VE NEVER GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM SANLUM OR ACA EVEN AN SMS , WHEN IM TRYING TO CALL THEY ALWAYS TRANSFERING MY CALL AND WHEN EVER THEY TRANSFER TO( ACA) NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE UNTIL THE PHONE HANG UP, I WASTED ALMOST R500 AIRTIME SINCE FROM APRIL TRYING TO GET SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST ME AND I DID CALL EVEN TODAY THEY DIDN’T PICK UP THE PHONE. IM REALLY ****ED OFF NOW IM SORRY FOR USING SUCH WORDS BUT IM REALLY ****ED OFF. I’VE GOT THINGS TO DO AND BILLS TO PAY GUYS THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR, AND ITS SEEMS LIKE THERE’S NO ONE WHO IS DOING FOLLOW UP ABOUT THIS PROCESS, HOW DO YA’L PEOPLE WORK KANTI????
