Poor service
Cambridge Mayibuye Thembisa: Poor Service: they don't care about customers cashiers walking around talking to each ignoring customers only one till open but also very slow .....no manager or supervisor on site very disappointing

Disrespectful supervisor
Very disappointing and appalling customer service attitude from a Cambridge supervisor by the name of Thandekile Mthembu at Cambridge Newcastle KZN, very rude and please cambridge staff we are customers, we not your friends, we come to the store to do our shopping and there is a mistake that was done and I need it to be rectified and Im advised to go to a certain supervisor, I need my query to be resolved, not for a supervisor to tell me that who said I must come to her, if duties to be a supervisor are overwhelming then give the position to someone else who is deserving it, we cant be disrespected by your so called supervisors who dont want to be hands on with their job.

Fraudulent Cashier
My sister was defrauded of her money. Buy one of the cashier. She went to Cambridge Food Umngeni to transfer money. She asked if she does not need to put in a secret pin and a cashier said no. You just need to take the slip when making a withdrawal, when she went to withdraw in Mpumalanga they needed a pin. That's how her money disappeared. Her hard earned money, she was in Durban to sell her craft all she has now it's a speedpoint slip. Can someone look into this matter as it brings bad image for the business. Angry Citizen

Cambridge food Expired Budget Deli Wors
I have bought Budget Braai Deli Wors it's rotten, expired and it's not the first time having this problem with Cambridge Umgeni my 2 young doughter who had it before we could tast it not good for consumption are feeling stomach cramps. Inv no: (110#934667)

Worst service ever from Cambridge foods cosmo city
Was in Cambridge foods today and received the worst service ever ,first time having someone being xenophobic towards us ,(me and my aunt ) we are from Zimbabwe,,,,we went to buy groceries with our stokvel money that we kept in Cambridge, so we had to produce our passports ,the supervisor looked at us nasty and gave us an attitude and mumbled *these people with passport irritate me* I'm still shocked ! Going to close the account soon as I use all the money in the Cambridge account, Terrible service

Expired food
I bought beef bangers at Cambridge food bloed mall, they smell horrible expired and disgust!!!! I'm honestly dissapointed with the entire store the love I had for the retail store faded away. I'll make sure the world knows about this and none of my family will ever buy from there.
