I recently changed insurances for my car and little did I know the insurance would take extra from my account which caused my debit order for my inter net to bounce.i then went to ShopRite and that useless lady ended up paying the wrong person's account,I then went to the mtn at amajuba mall Newcastle and there was an Indian guy who told me straight there isn't anything they can do to get the funds transferred from the wrong account to my account.from what I can see that guy wasn't interested in helping me and I asked him if that means I just money away and he told me I must go check with ShopRite as they are the ones that made the mistake.i then went to the other mtn store in the Newcastle mall.that guy made copy's of my drivers license and the slip for the payment into the wrong account,the guy said he will send the email for them to allocate the payment to the correct account.i assumed everything would be sorted .come 1st March no internet,I called the mtn call center and they told me that they cut the internet due to non payment,I told the lady that I went to the store and the guys said he will email the paperwork for the allocation,the lady on the phone told me that I need to go back to the store and sort it out with them because they don't see anything from the stores side in regards to the payment and the allocation of payment..i went there today 3/03/26 and the guy told me that he had sent the paperwork and then he said he will resend the paperwork making me think that nothing was done about it and I'm now sitting without internet.i would strongly recommend not using mtn unless you want hassles like mine
I app**** for a mtn package online.i called dsv to make "appointment"for delivery which was meant to be done on Friday last week.i didn't receive anything from them.today is Monday and they said they do not know why the delivery failed and they will make sure the delivery is done on Wednesday.(Apparently these assholes at dsv road on service my area Wednesdays and fridays.i have been waiting for more than a week now for my parcel.i even told the lady from mtn that I will pick up the stock from a store and she said it has to be done via dsv,I didn't want to deal with dsv because they are a useless company.i am absolutely ****ed off
I recently had a lay-bye with Russell's Voortrekker street newcastle.the lay-bye was cancelled due to financial difficulties.i spoke to the manager and he asked me for my banking details so that they can refund me the money that was already paid towards the lay-bye.i had given him all the information he needed and he told me that the refund will be in my account within 15 working days.after 15 working days I go back to the store to find out about my refund only for the manager to tell me that he needs a copy of my ID,he claims he tried calling me but I know he is lying.anyway I told him that I am not going to wait another 15 days for the money and he told me that the money will be in my account Friday or Monday latest.the money is still not in my account.i called the store to speak to the manager and there was a lady that told me the manager is on a call and that she will get him to call me back.that was yesterday and I still have not heard anything from the manager.i feel people should know what a useless company Russell's is and that the customer service is absolutely ****.do not ever buy or do business with those people unless you looking to get endless hassels.
Well my story is like this,I have been struggling financially for more than a year now,I have missed 1 payment on my car finance in December last year.i have explained my situation to the people at mfc,and I told them as soon as I get extra money I will pay and cover up the arrears.2 day ago a twit send me a WhatsApp giving me 2 options to pay which will be added to the already heavy car installment that I have.if I give the extra money I must sleep in the car,I must bath at a river and I must eat grass as I will have no money to live,that's if you can call what I'm doing living.i have 5 months left before the car is paid up in full but these guys are dying for 1 month arrears which they will get but instead have no compassion whatsoever.my advice to people looking for finance ,DONT USE MFC ,rather look else where
I had purchased a pair of shoes from the store in Newcastle kzn,on 23rd September 23,middle of October 23 I slipped and fell,when I looked under the shoes the so called sole or rubber for under the shoe was gone and there is a hard plastic under the shoe.i went to the store today 10 never 23 to complain about the shoe.the useless asshole at the shop tells me there is nothing they can do because it does show signs of tearing and so on.i just want to let everyone know that if you buy from them you will be throwing your hard earned money down the drain.their clothing and their shoes are ****,their jeans after 1 wash looked like it was 3 years old,the color just came off.dont ever ever buy from these ****** because you will get **** for your money.i personally won't be buying anything from them but I will be taking legal action as I will not be ****** for my hard earned money
As most normal people know we having an energy problem in this country.i have been running to nedbank ATM for the last 3 days to try and make a payment for my car.everytime I get there the ATMs are offline be ause of the load shedding.i asked to pay inside the bank and was just told plain no,it has to be paid at the ATM.i asked the useless people at mfc to give me a 3 month payment break because money 8s not so good and that 8 want to cover up on rent or I will be homeless,they didn't give a damn.now I'm sleeping in my car outside the police station every night.i added the mfc part because they also fall under nedbank and I want people to know how nedbank and mfc treat Thier customers,mind you a customer who is up to date with my installments.now I don't care when I feel like walking far to tue ATM to make the payment and when there is power then only will I make the payment.dont ever ever bank with Nedbank or use mfc .there are other banks out there that actually give a **** about Their clients and some of them seem to have ATMs that work during load shedding.nedbanks fees are also bull**** .
Guys everyone knows how **** things are 8n this country right now.the cost of living 8s through the roof.i asked mfc nedbank for a 3 month payment break.they responded by telling me they can 9nly help when I'm unemployed,I am struggling financially but they don't care.i am in major arrears with my rent and will be homeless,I don't have electricity and food but who cares as mfc gets the money they don't give a **** about the clients and what they are going through.but it's fine,once it's paid up I will never deal with nedbank in any capacity ever again.thats if I don't take my own life by then
I recently opened an account via the call center.the lady told me my card will be at the branch within a few days.after a few days I sent her an email and she said the card is at the bank I can go to pick it up.i went into the bank to get my card and to update my contact number as the app is linking to my old cellphone number which I don't have any more.so the lady in the bank said my card isn't there.i asked to update my contact number which was done.i am still without my card and now I cannot access the app because it is still linked to my old number.i was told to contact the help desk.that guy on the phone told me that everything is right now and that I can now setup the app.i have tried it again and it is still linked to my old number.i am absolutely ****ed off right now because my salary is going to come into this account,I have no card and I have no access to the app so I cannot make payments until Nedbank decide to sort this **** out.people told don't go back to Nedbank as their customer service and banking fees are ****.now I see they are correct.
I spend two 1 hour lunch breaks and took 1 hour time off to go to african bank to apply for a loan.i was approved for the loqn and credit card.i signed all the paperwork and was told my credit card is active.i went to kfc to buy a chow for R60.00 and the card declined twice.i went back to the bank today 15/04/2016 and they told me that my loan and credit card was rejected because my UIF was not deducted correctly.i spoke to the lady that does my salary and she has stated that VIP has the correct pricing for UIF and will only work with my salary and not my commission and bonus.i left the bank very pissed off and I will make sure people know what fucked up procedures african bank has in place.i dont want anybody to contact me because I will swear that person.wasted 2 of my fucking lunch breaks for nothing.fuck you african bank
I ordered toptv via their website.i requested a decoder aswell to save me the trouble of running around to buy 1.the call centre guy called me on 27-11-2015.he said he would arrange with an installer and call me back.he didnt bother to call back until 30-11-2015 to ask me if the installer called me.i said he said he will sort it out and call me back.he never did and whenthe installer called we arranged for 2-12-2015 @ 17:30. The guy never pitched up.i get an sms from him at 9 in the night stating he will come and sort it out today 2-12-2015.i called thr call center to arrange with another installer and they gave me the number for an asshole who does not speak english,then his wife said I must wait for him to come bacj then call him.i called the 1st installer and arranged for install today 2-12-2015 at 17:30.what a shocker the asshole never pitched up.im a new subscriber and if this is the shit service im getting just to get my install done im worried abt the shit after service im going to get.to all who read this take this as a lesson and dont buy top tv,rather stick to dstv and save yourself alot of unnecessary shit
