Bed City Nelspruit

My partner went to buy a bed for our daughter, we needed a 3/4 bed. He got to the shop and they sell him a single size mattress and 3/4 base which was bigger than the mattress. That was on a Thursday the 1st of September, Friday the following day I came back from work since I was working out of town. I noticed the huge difference between the base and the mattress. He went to tell them about this matter and they said we must hire a transport to bring it to the shop because they don't provide a transportation. I find that unfair because we 1st hired a transport for the bed to get home, now we have to pay again for their mistakes. I went to the shop myself and spoke to the manager, he came to my house to see what they done. He also saw that the mattress was smaller than the base. The thing is the base is for another mattress and they new about it, just wanted to get it of it because they knew their closing the shop in few weeks. Now I'm stuck with **** thing which I paid for.
Unhappy with this as they knew that they were were clearing their floor but on who's cost?
