Bed City Nelspruit On the 01st of September 2022 My partner went to buy a bed for our daughter, we needed a 3/4 bed. He got to the shop and they sell him a single size mattress and 3/4 base which was bigger than the mattress. That was on a Thursday the 1st of September, Friday the following day I came back from work since I was working out of town. I noticed the huge difference between the base and the mattress. He went to tell them about this matter and they said we must hire a transport to bring it to the shop because they don't provide a transportation. I find that unfair because we 1st hired a transport for the bed to get home, now we have to pay again for their mistakes. I went to the shop myself and spoke to the manager, he came to my house to see what they done. He also saw that the mattress was smaller than the base. The thing is the base is for another mattress and they new about it, just wanted to get it of it because they knew their closing the shop in few weeks. Now I'm stuck with **** thing which I paid for. Unhappy with this as they knew that they were were clearing their floor but on who's cost?
Rochester in Nelspruit, We bought a couch on the 01st of November 2022, The lady who was helping us was so incompetent and unprofessional. After we paid for the couch we were told to hire a transport and fetch it at their warehouse or storage in Karino. which is about 20 km, and if we were told before the purchase and made a choice if we happy with that or not. Instead they made a scene that there's nothing they can do about I'm so disappointed in Rochester and their poor administration service. It's so unacceptable to let customer purchase and tell them that the goods are not at the store but storage, if you want it to be delivered by them it takes about 3 to 4 days. All this information need to be provided before purchasing to avoid conflicts. Thank you Unhappy customer and I don't think I will buy there ever again because it's just too much.
I wouldn't advise anyone to have insurance with Absa idirect, I'm going to cancel my policy today as it a sign that their crooks. I have vehicle insurance with them also home content cover, my cellphone was stolen in May and I put in a claim. It was rejected with a copy and paste letter that has wrong information on it including the claim number they gave me and the date my phone was stolen, with pages of terms and conditions that are not on my terms and conditions documents. My car was under watch of car guards, I sent a complaints stating that my car was under watch and my back left door locker is damege on the scene just that I wasn't aware on the day of the incident as that's how they gained access to my car and stole my valuables including my iPhone XR that was insured with Absa idirect and now still paying R 999 every month for cell phone that I don't have , as my insurance refuse to pay the claim.
