Terrible service from bed and lounge consultant Joseph every day since the collection of my damaged lounge suite 20th June that was under warranty I had to make calls daily to find out about repairs and was told they doing me a favour to repair my lounge suite, actually threatening me , so I must just be patient and on Monday 25 July after a whole month, I got a call from him to tell me repairs is almost done however I must pay a delivery fee to have the lounge suite dropped off at my home, he even made a comment to his colleague while I was on the phone to say they must pay as nothing is free which is totally unacceptable , the service is shocking and I would never recommend them to anyone
