They don’t honor their own delivery timelines. You will wait!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don’t honor their delivery timelines. They take forever to deliver. No communication on delivery delays. Unacceptable. Don’t order online.

Great experience / great quality
Order received within a business week (5 days) . Communication via email almost on a daily basis to let me know where in transit my order was. Fantastic courier company (the courier guy). I ordered luxury Egyptian Cotton towels which are of the highest quality and are so soft to touch! Great experience!!

Great experience / great quality

Worst service
I placed an order with Bedbathhome/Whitehouse Linen on the 29 May 2020. After so emails where i was tracking my order they told me the Courier lost it on the 05 June 2020. They then said they will send an email to Payfast as i had paid it the order via it. Since then nobody has come back to me about my refund. I send emails no reply its a month now.

Worst service
