A *****ulent account was opened in my name in 2020 Mtn requested affidavits and supporting documents and they acknowledged it. Last year they handed me to collection agency claiming I'm owing over 30k and my credit profile compromised. I have called MTN many times they send me from.1 post to another . Nible Solutions calls me everyday threatening me to pay up. I never had a contract with Mtn
I placed an order online received it and requested a return but they only refund me the cheapest item and said they receive the 2nd item they check with the courier. I have sent emails about the update and called they keep saying they will come back to me
I got a call from a debt collector company saying they putting my name of bad records as i owe them a money on a contract. I have never opened or owned an MTN contract. Their employees where did they open a contract without my documents as i never even lost my ID book
Worst insurance company ever. I have 2 funeral policies with them their prices went up ridiculous then i phoned beginning of August wanting to cancel my policies then they said i can reduce and pay less. I did then the 2 policy was converted to one policy amounting to R 714. To my suprise on the 1st September they deducted R 1340.i have been trying to get my refund through premiumcollections via call center agent as im not allowed to speak to them directly. A lady Busisiwe replied once with a answer that shows that she didn't even read and understand my email. Now i have to phone call center every day and they say they will escalate it with Busisiwe she will reply till now nothing
I placed an order online at Pick n Pay Clothing on the 01 September 2021, until today i never received my order. I have sent emails also called their customer service they just tell me that they will follow up and come back to me till date i am stii waiting for my order or at least my hard-earned money back
I bought a Samsung double door fridge at Makro Riversands on the 27 January 2020. In beginning of June i noticed that the fridge was not cooling i went to Makro to report it. They logged a complain with Samsung. Samsung called me 2 days and explained to me over the phone the setting. The fridge worked for 3 days then it was back to square one. Unfortunately i had to be admitted to hospital for 3 weeks so i couldn't do a follow up. In August i made another query of which i was told that the fan is broken and they will replace parts of a less than 6 months fridge and not replaced it cause i complained late in August, they don't recognize the 1st complain that i did within the CPA time frame. Imagine spending your saved money in January to be sold a faulty fridge and get a very rude call center lady explaining that ( Thandi - Samsung Electronics)
I received an email from Constantia regarding our Prime Meridian policy that i took in 2012 saying its been cancelled. If you want to keep your policy you must pay all arrear premiums for April, May and June which payment must be made no later than 31 August 2020. I then sent an email on the 04 August 20202 enquiring about the amount that i need to pay. No reply i phone almost everyday the very rude reception just puts me through a ringing phone. I went to their offices on the 21 August apparently they working at home. On the 17 August a lady by the name of Samantha Ruiters sent me a one sentence email asking if i received any help. I replied and pleaded with her to help as i have run out of ideas. She never came back to me. Even now i called their landline 5times today the reception just puts me through to a number that rings and goes off.
I placed an order with Bedbathhome/Whitehouse Linen on the 29 May 2020. After so emails where i was tracking my order they told me the Courier lost it on the 05 June 2020. They then said they will send an email to Payfast as i had paid it the order via it. Since then nobody has come back to me about my refund. I send emails no reply its a month now.
I was given a very rude and disrespectful behavior by the Teller at No 5 at 11h39 by the name of Lebogang. I politely ask her if I can have something to wipe before I can put my stuff as it was clothes. She said can't you see I'm busy after when she was done she wiped the place while telling the packer that I wasting her time and running her nails. I said to her I can do it myself if she has a problem. After when she was done she let me stand there 4 some time not telling me that I can now put my stuff she will scan them. I had to ask her if I can put she said what am I thinking. I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected.
