on the 31st of January I had the misfortune to have a scan at the Alberton facility, the wait time was more that 1.25 hours in an empty waiting room, The reception staff were more interested in private conversation than giving information. Adding insult to injury I am now due a refund from DRS I followed the instruction to go to the branch with my id, and the card used to pay the original account only to be told that they do not do refunds, contact the accounts department, the call is answered by an automated system but none of the option takes you to a human being, even the reception goes unanswered. I think that the practice lacks any form of customer service ethic and will in future go to an alternative supplier.
