My aircon needed to be degassed while on holiday in Ballito. I found Jayace Naidoo at his company. He was super helpful and quickly attended to my aircon. The best was he charged far less than I was quoted at a national company. If you live in Ballito and need a top class mechanic contact ONE STOP
I booked room 611 for 9 days through its private owner. The passage outside the unit was constantly flooded, water running through the light fittings. After many complaints to management we were moved to another room. To make matters worse in trying to keep the floor dry a window was removed allowing the kitchen extractor fan to send kitchen smell into the unit
Stopped at Engen Mooi River, our food came it was cold so it was sent back, 2 min later it was returned having been microwaved, I could smell an unpleasent and when I tasted the burger it was rancid, definately off. The manager was not interested and would not come to talk to us. Had to pay and left. Spoke to customer care on the call line and was promissed call or e mail in 48 hours That was more than a week ago,,, Wimpey you have lost a customer.
I bought P/CUT STIR FRY beef at the Steeledale Hyper, today i used it to make a family supper. I have never had such tough meat in my life, nobody in the family could eat it and we ended throwing the entire meal in the bin. Steeledale does not have a reputation for good quality products but this surpassed any previous bad experiences I"ve ever had. Do they not employ professional butchers who can tell when a carcass is sub standard ? I think that at R130.00 a kilo a better quality could be expected.
The Steeledale Mall outlet was unable to supply the food ordered, but expected us to accept the fact that they were waiting for supplies to be delivered despite being less than 30m from a PnP Hypermarket where the supplies cold be bought. The owner lady was extremely unhelpful showing her lack of customer service skills, the impression was that this is a family business lacking the backup of professional business standards. Not a good experience !
Today I have received 3 calls from King Price Insurance trying to pressure sell their products. Despite being clearly told that ai have no interest in their products the calls continue. Pressure selling at its worst demonstrates a poor marketing policy and then you have to question the products. Learn to take no for an answer!!!

My dealings with Multichoice/DSTV are an example, on your site they say that they will contact me to resolve an overcharge, but despite numerous attempts to contact them I still are no nearer to a resolution. I feel that they only pay lip service to your site and in fact do not care about what reputation they get. I am now instituting legal proceedings in the small claims court as this seams to be the only way forward.</div>
I called this company as they are close to my home, I am intending to sell my house, I was greeted in a seriously unprofessional manner, I decided not to use them, however a lady Meriam Dikgale called back and I allowed her to come and view my house. I heard nothing for three weeks, then a call from her trying to re-establish contact. Seriously unprofessional, how could I trust this company with an important sale
DSTV use the Hallo Peter site to post responses that reflect that they are attending to a complaint, in fact the promises made to contact you are false. I am waiting for a call from them for 2 weeks. they are abusing your website and not being honest with their customers. Ban them from your site for dishonesty
Once again DSTV use a reward to upgrade your package without informing you of the additional charges. My package has increased by more than R200 a month since I made use a reward upgrade. I have tried to speak to an accounts person but its a complete mission to go through endless automated processes only to eventually get to a human? The call person did not answer for at least 3 min. and I was forced to listen to a screaming conversation between operators, then they hung up. I then tried the automated function and got in contact with Ayanda Kumhalo who tried to make sense of the account but eventually gave up saying the problem would be escalated, needless to say that's the last i have heard. DSTV get your act together, please contact me, MY time in wasted calls to you is standing at 52 min. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
