DOUBLE BOOKING, REFUSE PAID MEMBERS AND TURN AWAY GUESTS
WARNING TO ALL FIRST RESORT MEMBERS Don't ever book at LA MONTAGNE BALLITO, FIRST RESORT MANAGEMENT. They double book and then you have no room to stay. It happened to several guests. Registered owners of a Unit in LA MONTAGNE got refused to have access to their own property. Management rented out and double booked without consent or knowledge. Refuse paid members and turn guests away due to their negligence. GM MISS SHIVANI PATHER MISMANAGE THE RESORT AND AS THE MAIN CULPRIT OF THIS MANAGEMENT AT LA MONTAGNE

Flooded bathroom and passage and we are expected to mop floor with towels given my manager???
Our bathroom floor was wet upon our entry into our room at 2pm. We requested it be mopped. It was done an hour later. However, the water was still seeping through the tiles, and by night we had a wet floor. After 1 person had a shower, the floor was flooded in bathroom and passage. I called reception and asked for assistance and to be moved to a safer and more hygienic unit. Instead the manager sent the security guard with 2 pool toels to mop up the floor. I told security guard (and called the manager on phone) that this is very dangerous. We can slip on this puddle of water. I took a video of the water puddle in bathroom and in passage. He told us to shower and he will mop the floor after each one showers. How ludicrous. I told him to leave 2 towels with me. I mopped the floor. La montague, this is totally unacceptable. This is unsafe. We paid a lot of money for our stay. This is our first night here. We are very disappointed and highly irate. We still have 3 more nights. Pathetic service.

Room 611 is dangerous
I booked room 611 for 9 days through its private owner. The passage outside the unit was constantly flooded, water running through the light fittings. After many complaints to management we were moved to another room. Room 611 is dangerous

Terrible experience
Stay away. We had a passport, Id and some cash ****** out of our room by the staff. They denied any involvement on their part. Absolutely awful to experience this on your holiday. Rather go and stay somewhere else.
