Great vibe and food, terrible service.

We were invited to go and enjoy live music at their pool deck. The setting was great, the muso was entertaining and the sound quality was top notch. The pizza I ordered was delicious and fairly priced too.

However, I felt at at R53 the SAB draft beers were a tad expensive. Also, the service was terrible. We rarely saw our waitress (or any of the other waiting staff) and eventually had to resort to going to the bar ourselves for drinks. The Maitre'D was also conspicuous by his/her absence.

Even though not deserved, we each tipped generously on our table of sixteen. Shockingly, none of us were thanked or acknowledged for the tips - how rude.

Train your staff in basic courtesy please if you expect us to return.
