We have ordered a bed form the Cape Gate Branch which they could not deliver. We specifically asked for a bed with raised legs, which the salesman advised the are able to supply.
On the delivery date, Monday the 21st , he phoned and said the legs are not available but he can deliver it with the short legs and come and fix this on Wednesday the 23rd. We said, no, please deliver the end product as requested from him to begin with.
On Tuesday the 22nd he advised via email that this cant be done, and said he will request a refund, which will happen straight away. We provided him with the banking details, however, until now we have not received our refund.
