Closed... No warning
Paid for my deposit- 2k and the day before the event we found out they closed... Advised we would receive a refund within 24 hours.. This has not happened. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic, completely non existent and its also disgusting that they would take out money knowing they closing down. PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!

Closed... No warning

Beefcakes disaster
I had the worst experience at Beefcakes Pretoria. We made a booking for the 1st of June 2024. To our disappointment the doors were closed when we arrived. The doors only opened at 8pm of which we were informed by the bartender that there will be no show. We drove all the way from Limpopo (400km) and paid for 6 people entry fee before hand. I’m waiting for my refund but now after several calls and emails I’m just being ignored. I do not recommend Pretoria Beefcakes and I expect a manager to contact me as soon as possible to clear this out. It has been over 2 months now and no refund!! This company will be *****ing your money! Be careful

Beefcakes disaster

Beefcakes a ****!
What a ****! Made an online booking on the 10th June, paid a deposit of R2800 online for my sisters Bachelorette evening planned for the 27th July. On the 17th July was told Pta branch not operational so have to move my booking to JHB which was impossible from a logistics and planning point of view. Requested a refund on the 17th July and was told 3 to 4 business days.... its been 12 business days and I still don't have my money back!! ******* and ****s, disgusting customer service, not returning emails, calls, or watsapp messages!!! #givebackmymoney
