What a ****! Made an online booking on the 10th June, paid a deposit of R2800 online for my sisters Bachelorette evening planned for the 27th July.
On the 17th July was told Pta branch not operational so have to move my booking to JHB which was impossible from a logistics and planning point of view.
Requested a refund on the 17th July and was told 3 to 4 business days.... its been 12 business days and I still don't have my money back!!
******* and ****s, disgusting customer service, not returning emails, calls, or watsapp messages!!! #givebackmymoney
