Shocking experience

I got married on the 27 September 2020 and booked in at the Belaire Suites hotel in durban for a honeymoon. This morning on the 28 September 2020 I called reception 3 times to ask for a blanket due to the weather being so bad (Cold and Raining), before that i called the reception to send someone upstairs because the TV and the headboard light not working. My wife was sleeping and got up to go toilet when she slipped and fell in the bathroom due to the toilet leaking. This is not what i expected from such a hotel i am very disappointed in the service more so cause it is my honeymoon.
