Best manipulators and don’t talk about there lies
This pathetic useless organisation lies through their teeth, iv requested 5 times for a call recording which they afraid to provide the recording and requesting that I come and listen to the call, I then get a letter stating that my contract is being cancelled. Now I see they took R1600 out off my account.

Don’t be fooled by advertising, they don’t know what they doing
Don’t be fooled by the advertising, to take your money is nice but to cancel is a headache. I was told that I can not make any changes to the account because I’m not the account holder. Spoke to an agent Ms. Jessica Mtshubungu who advised my that I was not possible for me to add my sisters car on my wife’s policy when she was in Saudi Arabia. When I called and requested that it be removed, I was told no the policy cannot by cancelled. So even if someone calls with your id number, they can just add any amount of vehicles on your account. The policy hold means nothing.

They will kill u, stay away
This is a medical aid that will kill you for going cheap, if have begged and pleaded with Bonitha not to change me from pharmacy director but there still go and do it. Now they moved us to Marara Pharmacy who doesn’t understand 1+1=2. My self and my mother who is a hear patient has not received a chronic meds from December and nothing and Jan, my mother is 72 years old and I have no money to buy her chronic meds. This is why lots of people die due to *********** medical providers. Stay away from Bonitha run the other direction if you hear or see them.

You will die because of stress
If you want to die, then allow Marara Pharmacy to do your chronic meds, they are the worst company to deal with. You will have to move mountains just to get an answer from them to help or for them to answer the phone. I have to buy my medicine because my wonderful medical aid Bonithas feel Marara Pharmacy is good, make me concerned about my medical aid. Advise to everyone, you better of paying a little bit more for quality service. Stay away from Bonithas as well

Will die because no service

Lie and bad service
Bought a reclining set from the Canobia branch, unfortunately my house was burgled and the receipt is missing. I called the organisation to assist me just put back five staples they can’t help but I got the 6 seater set for 6 months. Pls do not buy anything from the company as there are not helpful and lie about calling you back. STAY AWAY, DANGER DANGER DANGER.

Worst shocking pathetic service provider
This is the most pathetic company you can ever find as an Internet service provider I strongly advise every single person to stay hundreds or thousands of miles away from them. You can never get in contact with this company. To generate a payment links takes like 2 days lmao. Let’s not talk about the WhatsApp chat, you can send a message in the morning but you will never get a response. Please stay away from them,

Iv requested a quotation from them and submitted all my paper work to them, 1 girl is trying her ass off to assist but to ne joy. I won't recommend anyone sign up with them because they will kill you faster.

Bad service is an under statement
I'm Mr. Brendon Mitchell, my house was broken into on one of the following dates 23-24-25 December 2022 as I was away on holiday. When I returned my house was in a mess, called the saps and logged a claim with Santum 26/12/22. Today is the 27/01/2023 and still we await a call from them. Iv escalated this matter to the ceo office Because the assesser and his team are are still on holiday since last year. You can never get in contact with anyone. I will never recommend anyone take santam l, you will end up crying. Please stay away from this organization. Very disappointed with the service.
