Shocking experience for my honeymoon

i got married on the 27 September 2020 and come to stay at the Belaire Suites durban for a honeymoon. This morning on the 28 September 2020 i called reception 3 times to ask for a blanket due to the weather been so bad ( Cold and Raining). before that i called the reception to send someone upstairs because the TV and the headboard light not working. My wife was sleeping and got up to go toilet when she slept and feel in the bathroom due to the toilet leaking but did not get hurt (thank God). This is not what i expectedfrom such a hotel.
