JCB3CX TLB Defect Hydraulic Hose

I was sold a defective part at Mthatha Branch. When I returned it less that 60 hours operating on JCB 3CX TLB, the sales person Sydney Halu told me there was nothing he can do, I must buy another one. It costs R4,017.34. I have spent more than R200,000.00 this year alone in parts fixing my machine and the least they can do is accept liability for their defected pipe that they supp****.
