Goodday I hope this finds you all well ,this is my story ,in 2022 December we signed a contract with training force for a learnership and our sponsor was Bell equipment SA ,the contract was 12 month ,when the contract ended we asked for UI19 forms so we can apply for our UIF benefits but still today no one got it ,when we call they always say they are waiting for the sponsor which is Bell Equipment SA to send the forms ,during the week I went to my nearest labor department to ask how to solve the issue and they checked their system' and there is nothing like bell equipment or training force ,Im sitting here with no work broke and cant even claim my UIF because they fail to give us the UI19 form and on the labor system there are no UIF contributions from the companies both the host company which is training force and bell equipment SA ,We suspect *****ulent activities here please kindly assist ,

I was sold a defective part at Mthatha Branch. When I returned it less that 60 hours operating on JCB 3CX TLB, the sales person Sydney Halu told me there was nothing he can do, I must buy another one. It costs R4,017.34. I have spent more than R200,000.00 this year alone in parts fixing my machine and the least they can do is accept liability for their defected pipe that they supp****. Its the right thing to do, and not the attitude they are giving me

I ordered a part for a TLB using its Vin number and the wrong part arrived. It took hours to pay and get the part, to find out it was incorrect, so I returned it. They send me an Electronic fund transfer sheet a week later and its been a month since....no payment yet.

I am looking for a part on a Bell machine. I phoned on Friday but no one answered the phone. Not at Jetpark, Bloemfontein or Wolmaransstad. Yesterday,I phoned four times and all four times after four minutes of the phone ringing no one of the sales team answered the phone. The Sales Secretary, Susan, sent a e mail to all of them to phone me back. No one phoned me back. Today when I phoned them. The same story, so I asked Susan to put me through to their head office (Richards Bay) so I could launch a complaint. Ha ha they didn't anser. So here I am. This is unacceptable for such a large international company.
