I ordered a part for a TLB using its Vin number and the wrong part arrived. It took hours to pay and get the part, to find out it was incorrect, so I returned it. They send me an Electronic fund transfer sheet a week later and its been a month since....no payment yet.
I bought a Africa Twin Adventure Sport from Jacques, He gave me such a great deal on the trade in of my old AT. They fitted the new crash bars and spots very neatly. I would recommend dealing with them. Thanks Jacques.
I have tried the renew two phone contracts online since the 9 June 2020 and just get a case number and no further contact. This is ridiculous service.
The last contact was on Friday Day 19 and only after putting my complaint on Hello peter. The excuse is all ways the clearance event which is customs queries. DHL has not even tried to pre-clear this shipment. My waybill ********** 903 has been left to rot in Customs. This shipment could have been sent via sea freight which would have arrived already.
I have tried to communicate with Kgomotso Mawasha, but it is all blamed on customs clearance and apparently DHL can not push anything through. This is a waste of time to import anything through DHL just put it in the post and it will get here before DHL.
