I was sold a defective part at Mthatha Branch. When I returned it less that 60 hours operating on JCB 3CX TLB, the sales person Sydney Halu told me there was nothing he can do, I must buy another one. It costs R4,017.34. I have spent more than R200,000.00 this year alone in parts fixing my machine and the least they can do is accept liability for their defected pipe that they supp****. I have been with M-Sure for ever and have Four Policies with them. This means I am the same person and my information remains the same, If I would add a fifth one I literally expect to be asked one question! I do not have time to be on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes! I have calls/work that actually brings money that I need to attend to. Thanks

TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THAT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT DOES AND WILL DO TO THE CAR AND ITS PERFOMANCE THEREAFTER OVER TIME. </p> <p>CLAIM- SAW-369832-CLM WAS ABANDONED AND THE GUYS I SPOKE TO I DID NOT QUITE UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING, HE KEPT SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT AN OIL LEAK AND GASKETS ETC... THAT VALVE IS TIED TO THE FUEL SYSTEM OF THE VEHICLE, BECAUSE IT HAS FAULT IT WOULD MAKE THE ENGINE RUN ERRATICALLY (SOMETIMES), IT WOULD MAKE THE ENGINE NOT START. THIS IS NOW THE ONLY PROBLEM MY CAR HAS AND THE VERY MECHANICAL WARRANTY I TOOK SPECIFICALLY FOR SUCH INCONVINIENCES IS SREWINH ME OVER.</p> <p>ITS NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS POLICY, I HAVE USED IT BEFORE BUT NEVER HAVE I BEEN THIS DISSAPOINTED. I ALSO SUBMITED AN ONLINE ENQUIRY.TODAY SHE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK. THAT TENDER DOCUMENT COST ME R550 TO BUY, AND R100 TO SEND AND WAS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE TOMORROW AT 12 MIDDAY. I spent 24 minutes on my cellphone asking why the the account was deactivated when it was paid for. Maybe if I spoke isiXhosa message would have been clearer. I have a decoder whose services were paid for and the next payment is due on 01 July 2015. When I get home the services are suspended. And the woman I spoke to nevet understood me when I asked why they were disconnected. Funny thing is on the system voice prompts when I punch the smartcard numbr it says its active but my kids cant watch tv now. Multichoice has this crap tendencies of having consultants who r either incompetent or r just plain dumb when it comes to problem solving.
