Order not fulfilled

This company does not know how to manage the online business. They accept orders before they can verify stick availability. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered an item.from them and until now, I have no idea when they will honour my order. They have no respect for the customer as they do not keep you updated, instead you must keep following up and worst, you'll be lucky if they respond to your emails.
