Bella Bathrooms does not deserve even a star from my point view. They should have warned me that they didn't have the item in stock before they accepted my order. This company is unprofessional. They accept orders before they can verify stock availability. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered an item from them and until now, I have no idea when they will honour my order. They have no respect for the customer as they do not keep your updated, instead you must keep following up and worst, you'll be lucky if they respond to your emails. A lady who handles their online orders promised to get back to me after checking up with their supplier. 11 days later she has still not called or replied to my follow up email.

I booked a ride with Uber and the reserved the payment of R164 upfront on my credit card. When the ride was done I was charged R180.59 for the same ride. Uber should have returned the amount of R164 to my account on the same day, which was Monday, 29 October. I have twice informed them and asked them to rectify via the Uber app but on both occasions I have not received a response from them. I have since changed my payment method to cash as I can't trust them anymore. I want them to reverse the payment of R164.
<p>First if all I don't even want to give them a star, but you make it mandatory. I have been waiting for my bank card to be delivered for more than 3 weeks. I can't transact the way I prefer to because of that. Opening myonline banking profile is also dependent on receiving this card .I have called them numerous times and even logged a complaint with their complaints department. I contacted the courier company that FNB contracted more than 2 times and they also keep telling me they have been calling, only to find out that FNB gave the incorrect contact details. The card issue is just but one of a couple of bad experiences that I had with them.</p>
