Not happy
The worst guest house i have ever been too, we went to a wedding in Witbank and booked it all of us had issues in our rooms. 1 rooms shower was flooding, the others had the worst water pressure , 1 toilet in the rooms didn’t flush and someone else had sewage smell from the bathroom pipes. There was no hand wash in any of the bathrooms . We didn't even have kettles in our rooms, the lady who was working in the morning was super rude!! I am never going back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Def no value for money.

Bad Service

Poor hospitality
last year around September I was one of the guests who slept in one of the premises in Ext 8 Witbank which belongs to the owner of the above stipulated guest house. Unfortunately when I left the place I somehow left behind a sneaker(left foot) in a room where we were sleeping. I called the house keeper, she promised to arrange with her superiors instead she ignored my call there after. I spoke to the receptionist by the name of Sbongile at Bella Bonni, and I even spoke to the owner of the place to arrange with them that I wanted to send a courier company to fetch that sneaker up till now I never got any help. I called again this month Sbongile told me that she'll call me again but its all in vain.

Rude
I worked there for a month. She paid me R2000.00 I worked from 7am to 21:30 everyday sometimes till 03:00. She is very rude and overworks her staff. I was a general manager but I moped floors, cleaned toilets, did the laundry, ironing, worked at reception. I was treated bad, screamed at daily. Never appreciated.
